To Marianna. Today is Marianna's birthday. I am so grateful to have gotten to know her better this year. Couldn't ask for a better friend, and feel like a horrible one that FB had to remind me today is her birthday :(

Rose- Great to start summer training with a good workout in. Also awesome day off!
Thorn- Didn't do as well on my 5K as I was hoping
