To Kirsten. She has helped so much with my horrible sun burn. I am so grateful to have her with me through this horrible pain.

Rose and Thorn:

Rose- Great talk with Sandy tonight about "loneliness". She had some great insight

Thorn- This pain (from the sun burn) is one of the most painful things I have suffered. Probably the 2nd worst pain in my life
