To Carol. Carol is on the crew team with me. Last year we made a joke that she was my mother. Today, she choose me to be her weights partner. Not to sound like a kid in junior high, but I still get very excited when someone chooses me to be their partner. During the second part of weights we had a challenge to see who could finish the fastest (just to add some cardio to it). We came in second! I had lots of fun working with her, and getting second place is the cherry on top :)

Rose and Thorn
Rose: Going to the trainers today and having my trapezius iced and using the nerve stimulation machine. I got a 20 minute nap, out of it!
Thorn: Feeling really yucky this morning before going to practice :(
