To Alex. Alex was in my boat this morning. I was stroke, which is a seat I am unfamiliar to rowing in. It was very hard, and I tried my hardest. After the row she came up to me and said "really nice job in stroke seat today". This meant a lot to me. Today is a really hard day for me. The simple act of saying to me "nice job", even if I wasn't the best stroke ever or even good at all, was nice to hear.
Rose and Thorn
Rose- All the sweet hugs and messages I have gotten from friends today
Thorn- Waking up at 4:59am, a minute before my alarm went off. B's grandparents are visiting this week, so I didn't get to babysit her :
Mood makeover, 7 days to happiness
Day 4 (Wednesday)- Give up the grudge: Let it go! I am going to attempt to let this mornings row, which was mentally hard for me not to effect me day.
